From the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep, you are on an auto pilot mode for the activities you do daily. These activities can make or break you in the long run. If you are eating junk food daily, there is Diabetes and High blood Pressure waiting to pounce on you. Instead, if you are exercising and eating a few fruits, you are building a system which can fight off those diseases.
What do you want them to do to you?
Why register for this workshop?
When you want to make any decision in life, you consult people who already made those decisions and are living the life of their dreams. I am sharing my story with you here and if you think I lived the talk, you go ahead and consult me to make changes to your life.
Here is my daily routine:
None of this happened on Day 1. It took me 4 years, month after month, to start adding a new habit, improvising existing habits, freeing up a few habits which don’t serve me anymore to get to this.
In this workshop, I will share with you the framework which helped me build a lifestyle of my dreams.
1.Discover your limiting beliefs
I have been often told by people
- “Apply sunscreen, moisturizer”
- “Why don’t you get a facial done every month?”
- “If you apply XYZ, ABC, PQR oils, your hair will start growing strong”
- “Whenever you go out, you should apply a concealer, foundation cream, lipstick, eyeliner. That is the way to look presentable.”
I am sure all those well wishers are fed up by now because I tried following them but could never make it a habit.
- I like my skin naturally even if it is darker than my birth tone.
- I don’t work in an industry where I get opportunities on how good I look.
- People choose to talk to you if you have interesting content
- The health of your skin and hair is dependent on the food you eat and underlying health condition
- Using artificial chemicals does more harm than good
With a belief system like this, it is almost impossible to make any real progress if I start any habits around skin care.
In the workshop, I will walk you through the most common habits and their limiting beliefs to identify what is stopping you from sticking to a habit.
2.Discover your value system
Two months ago, I started a new morning routine. I spend more than an hour every morning making juices. ‘Frustrated’ is an understatement for how I felt about spending an hour in the kitchen making the juices. I value time and that is definitely not how I like spending it. But then, I haven’t missed my juices even on a single day in the past 2 months. What do you think makes me stick?
My topmost value is health. I will go through any amount of time to make sure that I am getting the right nutrition and taking care of my body as a temple.
In the workshop, you will go through the list of common values and learn how a contradictory value system can be preventing you from sticking to a habit
3.Discover your purpose
In the past 4 years, I have done the following with a full time job and stuck to my habits even after getting married.
Hobbies Healthy lifestyle
- Exercise — Run, Yoga, Dance, Boxing, Weights training
- Breathing exercises
- Meditation
- Journaling — Gratitude, Morning pages
I am able to do all of this without any major obstacles because I am clear on my purpose.
“I want to live my life to the fullest potential and also help others live the same”
In the workshop, I will help you discover your own purpose which will form the basis for any habit you build in the future.
Once you get the basics right, I will guide you to build a routine which doesn’t fail. Also help you make the framework on how to get back after a break.
If you are looking forward to starting to live your dream life, habits are the gateway.
